Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the hotel’s financial plans and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the hotel leadership team, providing financial guidance and insights to support decision-making.
- Regularly review and analyze hotel performance and variances to ensure performance is in-line with financial targets.
- Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support performance tracking and forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure budgets are properly aligned with operational objectives.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial information, including the timely preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities and other process improvements.
- Assist with the development of internal financial controls and policies.
- Monitor industry trends and provide strategic insights to the leadership team.
- Participate in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
