Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development of the hotel’s financial plans and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis.
2. Serve as a strategic partner to the hotel leadership team, providing financial guidance and insights to support decision-making.
3. Regularly review and analyze hotel performance and variances to ensure performance is in-line with financial targets.
4. Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support performance tracking and forecasting.
5. Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure budgets are properly aligned with operational objectives.
6. Ensure the accuracy of financial information, including the timely preparation of monthly financial reports.
7. Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities and other process improvements.
8. Assist with the development of internal financial controls and policies.
9. Monitor industry trends and provide strategic insights to the leadership team.
10. Participate in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
