Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Event Sales Manager to join the team at Hyatt. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, managing event sales in the hotel, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to think on your feet and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure event sales in the hotel.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Manage event sales process and coordinate with internal departments for event execution.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to increase event sales and attract new clients.
  5. Monitor event sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports.
  6. Create and adhere to budgets for event sales and ensure cost efficiency.
  7. Remain up-to-date with industry trends, technology, and best practices to ensure exceptional service.
  8. Manage and train event sales team members to ensure successful event execution.
  9. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner.
  10. Maintain accurate records of event sales and customer interactions.
