Security Officer

As a Hyatt Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent observation skills and the ability to remain calm during difficult situations.The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in the security field, be able to work a flexible schedule, and demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities of a Hyatt Security Officer:

1. Monitor security cameras and other surveillance equipment to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and property.
2. Respond to security incidents and emergency situations in a timely and professional manner.
3. Enforce hotel policies and procedures in order to maintain a safe and secure environment.
4. Investigate and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
5. Patrol the premises to identify potential security risks and threats.
6. Maintain professional communication with guests, employees, and other stakeholders.
7. Remain alert and attentive at all times and take appropriate action when necessary.
8. Complete daily reports and other administrative tasks.
9. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal security laws and regulations.
10. Maintain a valid security guard license and a clean criminal background check.
