- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets for Hyatt properties in Mumbai.
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within Hyatt to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team goals.
- Create and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent Hyatt at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and build partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability and meet budget requirements.
