Job Description

At Hyatt, we are seeking a professional and ambitious Sales Manager - Luxury Leisure and Corporate who can drive growth and exceed customer expectations. The successful candidate should be motivated and experienced, with a passion for the hospitality industry.We are looking for a self-starter who enjoys networking and building relationships with corporate and leisure customers alike. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a team of sales staff.Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or a related field • At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality industry • Proven success in leading sales teams to achieve targets • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software If you are a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for sales, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth • Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement • Develop relationships with corporate and leisure customers to increase sales • Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activity • Create and execute sales plans to boost sales performance • Monitor and ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction • Provide training and guidance to the sales team to improve performance • Remain up-to-date with industry trends and new products/services
