Responsibilities: • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed established sales goals • Provide effective coaching and mentoring to sales staff to ensure high performance • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales objectives • Monitor sales activity and performance, and adjust strategies as necessary • Establish and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business • Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner • Maintain detailed records of sales activity and performance • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities • Remain up to date on industry trends and best practices • Develop and implement customer loyalty programs • Create and manage sales incentives and promotions • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
