At Hyatt, we are looking for a talented Sales Manager-Group to join our team of professionals. Our ideal candidate is a motivated, sales-driven individual with strong leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing sales teams in the hospitality industry, as well as a passion for exceeding customer expectations.The ideal Sales Manager-Group will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role. They must also demonstrate an ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to achieve success through effective coaching and mentoring. The successful candidate will also have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues at all levels.If you are an ambitious and driven individual with a passion for sales, and you possess the necessary qualifications, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed established sales goals • Provide effective coaching and mentoring to sales staff to ensure high performance • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales objectives • Monitor sales activity and performance, and adjust strategies as necessary • Establish and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business • Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner • Maintain detailed records of sales activity and performance • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities • Remain up to date on industry trends and best practices • Develop and implement customer loyalty programs • Create and manage sales incentives and promotions • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
