We are currently searching for a highly motivated and passionate Sales & Events Coordinator to join the team at Hyatt. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic individual with strong customer service and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently, think creatively, and be a team player. This position will require an individual who is highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, interacting with customers, colleagues, and external partners to ensure that our events are executed to the highest standard. Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing events for clients, including arranging catering, decor, and other services.
- Handle day-to-day operations of the events, such as responding to inquiries, developing budgets, and creating event timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure that all event needs are met.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, and ensure that all equipment is in proper working order.
- Prepare event documents and reports, and maintain detailed records of events.
- Liaise with sales staff to meet customer requirements and maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze event performance to identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant event-related laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
