The Hyatt is excited to announce an opening for a Sales & Events Coordinator! This role is the perfect opportunity to join our vibrant team and drive the success of our amazing events. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual who will bring enthusiasm and creativity to the role.The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong customer service skills and a proven track record of successful event coordination. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. The Sales & Events Coordinator must also possess a strong attention to detail and be proficient in Microsoft Office.We are looking for someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry and has a positive attitude. Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate events for the Hyatt, including planning, organizing, and executing all event details.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  3. Communicate effectively and maintain regular contact with clients.
  4. Develop creative strategies for driving sales and events.
  5. Monitor the budget and ensure that all expenses are managed within it.
  6. Develop promotional materials and advertisements for events.
  7. Ensure all event requirements are met, including legal and safety regulations.
  8. Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.
  9. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and special requests.
  10. Ensure all event documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
