Responsibilities:
- Coordinate events for the Hyatt, including planning, organizing, and executing all event details.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively and maintain regular contact with clients.
- Develop creative strategies for driving sales and events.
- Monitor the budget and ensure that all expenses are managed within it.
- Develop promotional materials and advertisements for events.
- Ensure all event requirements are met, including legal and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and special requests.
- Ensure all event documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
