
Sales & Events Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure events are planned and executed according to customer specifications.
- Lead the sales process to identify customer needs, develop a proposal, and follow up with customers to secure business.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Update CRM database with customer information and activity.
- Monitor customer feedback and respond to customer queries.
- Generate reports and analyze data to gain insights into customer needs and buying behavior.
- Monitor and manage event budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
