They should be organized, detail-oriented, outgoing, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  2. Liaise with internal departments to ensure events are planned and executed according to customer specifications.
  3. Lead the sales process to identify customer needs, develop a proposal, and follow up with customers to secure business.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
  5. Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Update CRM database with customer information and activity.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and respond to customer queries.
  8. Generate reports and analyze data to gain insights into customer needs and buying behavior.
  9. Monitor and manage event budgets.
  10. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
