Job Description

Are you an enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Events Coordinator looking to join the team at Hyatt? We are looking for someone with the right skills and passion to join our team and manage our sales and events.The ideal candidate for this role should have a proven track record in a sales and events position as well as an understanding of the hospitality industry. The successful candidate should be able to effectively manage our sales and events, as well as coordinate with other departments to ensure that sales and events are properly organized and delivered.We are seeking a professional and organized individual who is able to effectively communicate with customers, guests and staff. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and be able to plan and execute successful sales and events. They should also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales and event strategies to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and sales targets.
  2. Handle sales and event inquiries, providing customers and guests with information about our services.
  3. Track and report sales and events performance on a regular basis.
  4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all sales and events are organized and delivered correctly.
  5. Create sales and event materials, such as flyers, brochures, and promotional items.
  6. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best possible pricing and services.
  7. Manage and maintain relationships with customers, guests, and other stakeholders.
  8. Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
  9. Attend sales and event meetings and conferences.
  10. Develop and maintain budget and cost control procedures for sales and events.
