Job Description

Hyatt is looking for an experienced and organized Sales & Events Coordinator to join our team and help create amazing experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and be highly organized and detail-oriented. The Sales & Events Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all sales and events activities in order to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field• At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in sales and/or events• Knowledge of catering and events management• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure• Outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities• Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteIf you have a passion for hospitality and are looking for an opportunity to help create memorable experiences for our guests, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities: • Assist in developing sales and event plans to meet customer needs • Implement sales and events strategies to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction • Oversee the planning and execution of all sales and events activities • Maintain a close relationship with customers to ensure their satisfaction with Hyatt's services • Monitor sales and events activities to ensure they are on track and meeting goals • Prepare and present sales and events reports to management • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments and make necessary modifications to sales and events plans • Manage and track customer data to ensure accuracy and privacy • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction • Provide excellent customer service at all times • Ensure compliance with all Hyatt policies and procedures
