The ideal candidate will be driven to exceed expectations, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.As the Sales & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing relationships with clients, booking and coordinating events, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be able to provide creative solutions to client problems and be a trusted partner to our clients.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer service, excellent time management and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work in a team environment is also preferred. Responsibilities for Sales & Events Coordinator:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Book and coordinate events, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
  3. Provide creative solutions to client problems.
  4. Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  5. Work collaboratively with other team members.
  6. Utilize excellent time management and organizational skills.
  7. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software programs.
  8. Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
  9. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of trends in the events and sales industry.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
