Hyatt is looking for an experienced Sales & Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This person should be an energetic, multi-tasker who has an eye for detail and a passion for customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations and events, including coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and have a great attention to detail. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in sales, event planning, and customer service is essential. A degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.We are excited to welcome a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Hyatt team!
Responsibilities:
- Handle all sales operations and events to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate meetings and events, including managing schedules, catering, and on-site arrangements
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints
- Track and report sales data and progress
- Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities
- Develop promotional materials and marketing campaigns
- Provide excellent customer service, including addressing customer needs and inquiries
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the industry and current trends
- Attend conferences and trade shows to keep up with industry advancements
