Responsibilities:

  1. Generate and maintain sales and event leads to ensure successful outcomes.
  2. Coordinate and execute events to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Develop creative solutions to problems and challenges that arise throughout the sales and event process.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales and event data to identify trends and opportunities.
  6. Manage event budgets and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  7. Develop and implement strategies for increasing sales and event profitability.
  8. Provide superior customer service at all times.
  9. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, health, and legal regulations.
  10. Remain up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
