Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales and event plans to achieve goals and objectives
• Manage event planning process, including contracts, timelines, and budgets
• Provide client support, including responding to inquiries, coordinating services, and addressing customer complaints
• Create and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvements
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software to create and maintain sales and event materials
• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events
• Monitor event progress and provide feedback as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
