
Sales & Events Coordinator

The right candidate for this position will have a proven track record of success in sales and event planning, as well as a passion for creating memorable experiences for customers. As the Sales & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our sales and events operations. You will be the face of our company and the first point of contact for our clients.To be considered for this role, you must have at least two years of professional sales and event planning experience as well as a high level of customer service and organizational skills. Responsibilites:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty.
- Manage sales and events operations on a day-to-day basis.
- Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer feedback and take corrective action as needed.
- Track and monitor sales performance and goals.
- Create reports and analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement creative sales strategies to drive revenue.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
