Room Attendant

We’re looking for a highly motivated Room Attendant to join the team at Hyatt! This is a great opportunity to help us keep our guests’ rooms and common areas clean and comfortable. To be successful in this role, you must be able to work independently and efficiently, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in an environment with frequent guest interaction. You should also have at least one year of experience in a hotel housekeeping environment, and be able to pass a background check. Responsibilities:

1. Clean and maintain hotel rooms and common areas according to established standards.
2. Change bed linens, make beds, and clean bathrooms.
3. Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and remove trash from rooms.
4. Restock and organize amenities, supplies, and linen closets.
5. Respond to guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
6. Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
7. Follow safety and security procedures to ensure guest safety.
8. Ensure quality assurance through periodic inspections.
9. Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
