The Restaurant Supervisor is a critical role at Hyatt, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Responsibilities of the Restaurant Supervisor at Hyatt:
- Manage day-to-day operations in the restaurant, including staff scheduling, supervising staff, and dealing with customer complaints.
- Ensure that the restaurant adheres to all local health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement new policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor the performance of the restaurant staff and take corrective action when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor new staff in the restaurant.
- Monitor food and beverage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Handle financial transactions in the restaurant, including taking payments and managing cash flow.
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend changes to the menu and services.
- Foster an environment of collaboration and teamwork amongst the restaurant staff.
