
Restaurant Supervisor
We at Hyatt are looking for an experienced and reliable Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The Restaurant Supervisor is an integral part of our restaurant team, providing leadership and direction to our staff while ensuring excellent customer service. The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. They must be able to work well in a team environment, and be passionate about providing a positive and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.The ideal Restaurant Supervisor candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience working in the restaurant/hospitality industry. They should also possess a thorough understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service. The successful candidate must also possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, the Restaurant Supervisor will ensure that our guests receive the highest quality service and dining experience.
Responsbilities:
- Lead and direct restaurant staff to ensure that a positive and enjoyable dining experience is provided to guests.
- Monitor staff performance to ensure that service standards are being met.
- Ensure that all food and beverage preparation and service is done according to established standards.
- Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with recruiting, training, and scheduling of restaurant staff.
- Oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed.
- Monitor and manage restaurant operational costs.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
