
Restaurant Supervisor
At Hyatt, we are searching for a motivated, eager Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations including staff management, customer service, and ensuring the highest quality standards. We are looking for a professional with a strong track record of success in the restaurant industry, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also have excellent communication skills, and be able to make decisions quickly and accurately. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure that all staff members are adequately trained and performing their duties in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor customer service to ensure that guests receive the highest quality of service.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the restaurant's profitability and efficiency.
- Establish and enforce proper reporting procedures for all restaurant staff.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and guidance as needed.
- Train, motivate, and lead the restaurant staff to ensure their success.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff.
- Develop and maintain a positive and professional work environment.
