At Hyatt, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, strong leadership skills, and a previous background in a restaurant setting. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, restaurant cleanliness, and customer service • Ensure all staff are properly trained and adhere to restaurant policies and procedures • Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order necessary supplies • Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing guidance and training when needed • Develop strategies to boost sales and increase profitability • Address customer complaints or inquiries promptly and professionally • Maintain health and safety standards in the restaurant and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
