
Restaurant Greeter/Host - AM - Full-Time

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Seat guests and manage reservations efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate with guests to understand their needs and preferences.
- Ensure that all guests are attended to in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Previous Customer Service Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have Previous Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry. This Will Ensure They Have The Necessary Skills To Provide Exceptional Service To Guests.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Greeter/Host, The Candidate Will Be The First Point Of Contact For Guests, And Therefore, Should Have Excellent Communication Skills. This Includes Being Able To Speak Clearly, Listen Actively, And Effectively Convey Information To Guests And Team Members.
Ability To Multitask: This Role Requires The Candidate To Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously, Such As Greeting Guests, Managing Reservations, And Coordinating Seating Arrangements. The Ability To Multitask Efficiently And Prioritize Tasks Is Crucial For Success In This Role.
Professional Appearance And Demeanor: As The Face Of The Restaurant, The Greeter/Host Should Have A Professional Appearance And Demeanor. This Includes Being Well-Groomed, Having A Friendly And Welcoming Attitude, And Maintaining A Positive And Professional Attitude At All Times.
Flexibility And Availability: This Position Requires The Candidate To Work During The Morning And Early Afternoon Shifts, As Well As On Weekends And Holidays. The Candidate Should Be Flexible With Their Schedule And Available To Work As Needed To Ensure Smooth Operation Of The Restaurant.
