Job Description

At Hyatt, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be an entrepreneurial and organized individual, with excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Our Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, staff, and customer relations in our restaurant. As a leader, this individual will be responsible for providing guidance and direction to the staff and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience.The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in hotel/restaurant management or a related field• 5+ years’ experience in a restaurant management role• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and safety procedures• Proven track record of developing and cultivating relationships with customers• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills• Ability to think critically and take initiative• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareIf you are an enthusiastic and driven professional with a passion for the hospitality industry, we would love for you to join our team.
