Job Description

As a Reservations Supervisor at Hyatt, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the reservations team, ensuring our customers receive excellent service and providing guidance on the use of our reservation systems. You will be the face of the Hyatt brand and will be instrumental in delivering our promise of providing exceptional hospitality to our guests.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong customer service background, a working knowledge of hotel operations and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service. You should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and have the ability to work both independently and within a team.
