2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting system that accurately reflects the financial performance of the hotel.
3. Communicate financial data and insights to the leadership team in a clear and concise manner.
4. Create and implement processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
5. Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data for financial reporting.
6. Identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement based on financial analysis.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for financial reporting.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide support as needed.
9. Create and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
10. Proactively identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in financial data.
11. Train and mentor team members on financial reporting processes and procedures.
12. Ensure compliance with all financial reporting regulations and standards.
13. Continuously seek ways to improve the reporting process and enhance the quality and efficiency of financial reporting.
14. Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes to provide accurate financial projections.
15. Act as a point of contact for any financial reporting inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
