Maintain accurate records of guest treatments and follow proper billing procedures.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to promote and cross-sell massage services.

Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for guests.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or questions promptly.

Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Attend and participate in training and development programs as required.
Maintain a high level of personal grooming and hygiene.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement new massage services and packages.

Job Qualifications

Certification Or License: A Qualified Candidate For A Massage Therapist Position At Hyatt Must Possess A Valid Certification Or License In Massage Therapy. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Completed The Necessary Training And Meets The Standards Set By The Industry.
