Job Description

The Manager of Customer Service and Training Operations at Hyatt is a vital role in maintaining our brand’s commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing training programs to ensure a positive customer experience, while leading and motivating our customer service team to reach new heights of service excellence. We’re looking for an experienced, passionate leader with an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong background in customer service, training and operations management. You should have outstanding problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
