We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance - Painter to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have a good eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.The Maintenance - Painter will be responsible for performing painting and finishing tasks to ensure that our hotels are kept looking fresh and attractive. This position requires an individual who is extremely organized, reliable, and takes pride in their work. The successful candidate must have a minimum of three years of painting experience and an understanding of basic building maintenance. The ideal candidate must also be able to work independently with minimal supervision, have excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on customer service. This is a full-time position and requires a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

Perform painting and finishing tasks to maintain a fresh and attractive look in the hotel.
Ensure all painting and staining jobs are completed in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain the necessary tools and materials needed to complete painting and finishing tasks.
Troubleshoot and repair minor issues related to painting and finishing.
Perform basic building maintenance tasks as required.
Follow safety protocols and procedures when performing painting and finishing tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate effectively with other staff members and guests.
Remain flexible to changing work schedules and tasks.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
