Maintenance - Painter

As a Maintenance - Painter, you will be responsible for painting and refinishing various surfaces, as well as performing minor repairs and other related duties. To excel in this role, you must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently. We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual who is able to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in painting and refinishing, as well as a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. They must also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be comfortable working in a team setting. A successful Maintenance - Painter will be able to work with minimal supervision and complete tasks in a timely manner. 1. Preparing surfaces for painting and refinishing
