
Lobby Attendant
We are looking for an outgoing and friendly Lobby Attendant to join the team at Hyatt and provide our guests with exceptional service. As a Lobby Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for hotel guests and responsible for maintaining high standards of professionalism, hospitality and efficiency. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate good communication skills, be able to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications: prior experience working in customer service; excellent verbal and written communication skills; a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service; the ability to work flexible shifts; and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome hotel guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer guests' inquiries and provide information about the hotel and its services.
- Ensure that guests have a positive and enjoyable experience throughout their stay.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs and process payments accurately.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and hospitality at all times.
- Assist in the maintenance of the lobby area, ensuring it is kept clean and organized.
- Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure that all safety and security procedures are followed.
- Monitor the lobby area and report any suspicious behavior or activity.
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
