We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook 3 to join our dynamic team. As a Line Cook 3, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, preparing and cooking delicious meals for our guests.   1. Prepare and cook meals according to restaurant's standards and recipes.
  2. Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an attractive and appetizing manner.
  3. Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures at all times.
  4. Assist in the development of new menu items and specials, using creativity and knowledge of current food trends.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and labeling of food items.
  6. Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
  7. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to maintain inventory levels and order necessary supplies.
  8. Monitor food quality and make adjustments as needed to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction.
  9. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and policies.
  10. Uphold the restaurant's high standards of customer service and strive to exceed guest expectations.
  11. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the culinary industry.
  13. Represent the restaurant in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  14. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience As A Line Cook In A Fine Dining Restaurant Setting.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment And Handle Multiple Orders Simultaneously.
