Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Learning And Development Role, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Effective Learning And Training Programs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Departments And Levels Of The Organization.
