Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company values and goals.
Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
Conduct interviews and assist with the selection of qualified candidates.
Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
Handle employee relations and provide guidance and support to employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and information.
Collaborate with department managers to address any HR-related issues or concerns.
Handle performance management and evaluations.
Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
Collaborate with other HR team members to continuously improve HR processes and initiatives.
Represent the company at job fairs and other recruiting events.
Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for the HR department.
Communicate and promote company culture and values to all employees.
Handle any other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by the HR manager.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Human Resources Is Essential For A Hr Officer Role At Hyatt. This Degree Provides A Foundation Of Knowledge In Areas Such As Labor Laws, Employee Relations, And Performance Management.
Previous Experience In Human Resources: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Hr Role, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry. This Experience Should Include Recruitment, Employee Relations, And Hr Compliance.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Hr Officer At Hyatt Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Employees And Management. They Should Also Be Able To Handle Conflict And Difficult Situations With Tact And Professionalism.
Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures: It Is Important For A Hr Officer To Have A Thorough Understanding Of Hr Policies And Procedures, Both At A Company And Industry Level. This Includes Knowledge Of Labor Laws, Benefits, And Performance Management Processes.
Attention To Detail And Organizational Skills: The Hr Officer Role At Hyatt Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail And Strong Organizational Skills. They Will Be Responsible For Maintaining Employee Records, Conducting Interviews, And Managing Various Hr Tasks, So The Ability To Stay Organized And Manage Multiple Tasks Is Crucial.
