- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company values and goals.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Conduct interviews and assist with the selection of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations and provide guidance and support to employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and information.
- Collaborate with department managers to address any HR-related issues or concerns.
- Handle performance management and evaluations.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to continuously improve HR processes and initiatives.
- Represent the company at job fairs and other recruiting events.
- Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for the HR department.
- Communicate and promote company culture and values to all employees.
- Handle any other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by the HR manager.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Human Resources Is Essential For A Hr Officer Role At Hyatt. This Degree Provides A Foundation Of Knowledge In Areas Such As Labor Laws, Employee Relations, And Performance Management.
Previous Experience In Human Resources: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Hr Role, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry. This Experience Should Include Recruitment, Employee Relations, And Hr Compliance.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Hr Officer At Hyatt Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Employees And Management. They Should Also Be Able To Handle Conflict And Difficult Situations With Tact And Professionalism.
