  1. Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures in alignment with company values and goals.
  2. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with department heads to identify and address employee development needs.
  4. Plan and execute learning and development programs, including new employee orientation, leadership training, and career development opportunities.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to human resources and learning.
  6. Manage employee relations by providing support, counseling, and resolution for workplace conflicts.
  7. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and data.
  8. Stay informed on industry best practices and trends in human resources and learning to continuously improve company programs and processes.
  9. Act as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate effective communication and promote a positive work environment.
  10. Conduct regular training and workshops for managers and employees on various HR-related topics.
  11. Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes, including conducting interviews and coordinating new hire orientations.
  12. Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding company policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
  14. Monitor and analyze employee performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.
  15. Uphold company standards and values by promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Experience In Designing And Implementing Training Programs For Employees.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Individuals At All Levels Of The Organization.
