Welcome to the Hyatt family! We are currently seeking a full-time Houseperson/Housekeeping team member to join our dynamic and dedicated team. As a Houseperson, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms and public areas. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a keen eye for detail. Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and dining areas.
Assist housekeeping team with cleaning and restocking supplies in guest rooms.
Monitor and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms or public areas.
Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Uphold the Hyatt brand standards and provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
Assist with inventory management and ensure proper stocking of supplies in guest rooms and public areas.
Attend training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Hyatt brand with integrity and pride.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance processes and procedures.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
