Housekeeping Manager

Hyatt is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Housekeeping Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and service in our hotel. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. You must have strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous hotel housekeeping experience is required. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting.
2. Train, motivate, and evaluate staff to ensure that they adhere to hygiene and cleanliness standards.
3. Ensure that guest rooms, common areas, and other areas of the hotel are kept clean and tidy at all times.
4. Manage guest complaints and resolve any housekeeping-related issues.
5. Monitor cleaning supplies and order new supplies as needed.
6. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to housekeeping operations and safety.
7. Monitor and control expenditures of the housekeeping department.
8. Maintain records of staff attendance, staff reviews, and other related documents.
9. Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and profitability.
10. Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
