We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at the Hyatt! The ideal candidate should have a background in hospitality management, be highly organized, and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism are maintained. You will need to have the ability to manage a high-volume workload and the flexibility to work in shifts on a daily basis.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, and preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel. You should be detail-oriented, have strong leadership abilities, and be able to solve problems quickly and effectively. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism are maintained.

- Train and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure quality standards are met.
- Monitor and maintain inventories and supplies to ensure adequate levels.
- Ensure safety and security regulations are adhered to.
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures.
- Track and analyze housekeeping performance results.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with other departments as needed.
- Remain up to date with industry trends and best practices.
