As Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping team and ensuring that all services are provided to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, as well as a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry. You must be able to stay on top of industry trends and regulations, as well as be committed to providing exceptional customer service. You must also be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to motivate and lead a team. Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise the daily operations of the Housekeeping team.
  2. Ensure that the highest standards of service are maintained.
  3. Stay informed of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service.
  5. Manage inventory and allocate resources efficiently.
  6. Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
  7. Maintain records of team activities and progress.
  8. Train, motivate, and lead the Housekeeping team.
  9. Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
  10. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
