Responsibilities for Housekeeping Manager:
• Develop and implement housekeeping standards and procedures • Oversee daily operations of Housekeeping team • Lead, motivate, and manage Housekeeping team • Ensure compliance with hotel and department policies and procedures • Provide excellent customer service and communication • Resolve customer complaints with a positive attitude • Monitor and inspect housekeeping staff's performance • Maintain inventory of linens, supplies, and other materials • Ensure housekeeping staff is properly trained and equipped • Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy • Monitor and control costs and expenses • Ensure safety and security of hotel guests and staff
