Housekeeping Manager

We are looking for an organized, customer-centric Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Hyatt. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be in charge of the daily operations of our hotel’s housekeeping department and ensure that our guests receive the highest quality service.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in a housekeeping role. You will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of customer service.You should be able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner • Ensure the highest quality of customer service by monitoring and enforcing hotel standards • Train, manage, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure they are meeting standards • Work with the front office staff to ensure guest rooms are ready on time • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the housekeeping department • Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed • Troubleshoot and resolve any customer complaints or issues • Monitor budget and costs to ensure efficiency • Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, staff, and vendors
