- Follow standard cleaning procedures and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Report any maintenance or cleaning issues to the appropriate department.
- Work with housekeeping team to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient completion of daily responsibilities.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
- Demonstrate attention to detail while performing cleaning and organizing tasks.

- Help create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests by providing a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the housekeeping manager or supervisor.
Previous Experience In Housekeeping Or Related Field, Preferably In A Hotel Or Hospitality Setting.
Ability To Lift And Carry Up To 50 Pounds And Perform Physical Tasks Such As Bending, Stooping, And Reaching.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Guests And Team Members In A Professional And Friendly Manner.
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Follow Cleaning And Safety Protocols.
Flexibility To Work A Variety Of Shifts, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays, As Needed.
