- Monitor and control access to the hotel, including checking IDs and verifying guest reservations.

- Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as front desk and housekeeping, to ensure a seamless and secure guest experience.
- Attend trainings and workshops to stay updated on the latest security protocols and procedures.
- Handle lost and found items and assist with guest inquiries as needed.
- Conduct regular safety drills and trainings for team members to prepare for potential emergencies.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times, representing the high standards of Hyatt.
Prior Experience In Law Enforcement Or Security: A Hotel Security Officer At Hyatt Must Have Previous Experience In A Related Field, Such As Law Enforcement, Military, Or Private Security. This Ensures That The Candidate Has The Necessary Skills And Knowledge To Handle Potentially Dangerous Situations.
Strong Communication And Conflict Resolution Skills: A Hotel Security Officer Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Guests, Co-Workers, And Law Enforcement. They Should Also Be Able To De-Escalate Conflicts And Handle Difficult Situations In A Calm And Professional Manner.
