1. Ensure the safety and security of all guests and property at the hotel.
2. Monitor and patrol the premises to identify and prevent potential security risks.
3. Respond promptly and effectively to any security incidents or emergencies.
4. Conduct regular security checks of all areas of the hotel, including entrances, exits, and parking lots.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents and report them to the appropriate authorities.
6. Communicate and coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a cohesive security plan.
7. Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, addressing any security concerns or questions they may have.
8. Assist with guest requests and inquiries related to security, such as lost and found items.
9. Stay up-to-date on all security protocols and procedures, and proactively identify and address any potential vulnerabilities.
10. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure the safety and security of the hotel.
11. Train and educate other hotel staff on security procedures and protocols.
12. Handle and secure confidential information with discretion.
13. Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
14. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
15. Attend meetings and trainings as required by the hotel management.
16. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
