  1. Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees at all times.
  2. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address any potential security risks.
  3. Monitor surveillance cameras and respond promptly to any suspicious activity or emergencies.
  4. Act as the first point of contact for guests and employees in the event of a security concern or emergency.
  5. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services to quickly and effectively respond to any incidents.
  6. Investigate and report on any security incidents, accidents, or thefts that occur on the premises.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all security-related activities and incidents.
  8. Conduct regular safety and security training for hotel staff to ensure they are prepared to handle any potential threats.
  9. Implement and enforce hotel security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of guests and employees.
  10. Stay up-to-date on security industry developments and trends to continuously improve the hotel's security measures.
  11. Communicate effectively with guests, employees, and management to address any security concerns and maintain a positive and welcoming environment.
  12. Handle any conflicts or disturbances in a calm and professional manner.
  13. Ensure all security equipment and systems are in proper working order and report any issues to management.
  14. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, reflecting the hotel's commitment to exceptional customer service.
  15. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards of conduct and confidentiality.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Security Experience: A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Security Role, Preferably In A Hotel Or Hospitality Environment, Is Required For This Position.

  • Knowledge Of Security Protocols And Procedures: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Security Protocols And Procedures, Including Emergency Response Plans, Fire Safety, And Guest Safety Procedures.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Hotel Security Officer, You Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Guests, Colleagues, And Law Enforcement When Necessary. Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Ability To Remain Calm Under Pressure: Hotel Security Officers Must Be Able To Stay Calm And Composed In High-Stress Situations. This Includes Handling Difficult Guests, Responding To Emergencies, And Managing Conflicts.

  • Physical Fitness: This Role May Require Standing, Walking, And Patrolling For Extended Periods Of Time. Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job, Including The Ability To Lift And Carry Heavy Objects If Necessary.
