  1. Greet and welcome guests to the hotel in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Oversee the daily operations of the guest services department, ensuring all tasks and responsibilities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  3. Train, mentor, and motivate guest services staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the hotel's standards.
  4. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
  5. Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests with their needs.
  6. Monitor guest feedback and reviews, and take necessary actions to address any issues or areas for improvement.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
  8. Manage guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  9. Monitor and control guest services budget, including expenses and revenue.
  10. Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  11. Conduct regular department meetings and performance evaluations to ensure staff are meeting expectations and provide coaching or corrective actions when necessary.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and implement new strategies to enhance guest experiences.
  13. Communicate effectively with other departments and management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  14. Handle any emergency situations with poise and follow proper procedures to ensure guest and staff safety.
  15. Uphold the Hyatt brand standards and values in all interactions with guests and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Hospitality Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In The Hospitality Industry, Preferably In A Managerial Role. This Will Ensure That They Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Industry And Can Effectively Manage The Guest Services Team.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Guest Services Manager Is Responsible For Overseeing The Guest Services Team And Interacting With Guests On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.
