  3. Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments and handling reservations.
  4. Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Maintaining a thorough knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide accurate and helpful information to guests.
  6. Addressing and resolving guest complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
  7. Ensuring the lobby and front desk area are clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  8. Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination for guest needs.
  9. Maintaining guest confidentiality and adhering to all hotel policies and procedures.
  10. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve and enhance the guest experience.
  11. Participating in training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  12. Demonstrating a strong commitment to teamwork and providing support to colleagues as needed.
  13. Adhering to all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
  14. Proactively identifying and escalating any potential safety or security concerns.
  15. Representing the hotel brand and upholding its standards of excellence at all times.
