  1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately.
  3. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and with a positive attitude.
  4. Provide information and recommendations about hotel amenities and local attractions.
  5. Assist with making reservations and coordinating guest requests.
  6. Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
  7. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  10. Follow safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
  11. Handle and resolve guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Monitor room availability and assist with managing room reservations.
  13. Uphold the company's standards for exceptional customer service.
  14. Attend training and meetings as required.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Guest Services Agent At Hyatt Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Guests, Colleagues, And Other Team Members.

  • Customer Service Experience: Prior Experience In A Customer Service Role Is Essential For A Guest Services Agent At Hyatt. This Includes A Proven Track Record Of Providing Exceptional Service And Resolving Guest Issues In A Timely And Professional Manner.

  • Attention To Detail: A Guest Services Agent Must Be Detail-Oriented And Able To Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously. This Includes Accurately Processing Guest Reservations, Payments, And Other Requests.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Hyatt Guests May Encounter Various Issues During Their Stay, And A Guest Services Agent Must Be Able To Think On Their Feet And Find Solutions To Problems Quickly And Efficiently.

  • Team Player: Hyatt Values A Collaborative And Inclusive Work Environment, And A Guest Services Agent Must Be A Team Player Who Can Work Well With Others And Contribute To The Overall Success Of The Team. This Includes Being Flexible And Willing To Assist In Other Areas Of The Hotel As Needed.
