Job Description

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, customer service-focused, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.The Guest Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all guests. This includes assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing answers to questions, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring that all guests have a pleasant experience.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a professional demeanor. It is essential that the candidate is organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
