Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations of the front office, ensuring guests are receiving exceptional customer service.
  2. Address guest complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Train and lead front office team members, ensuring they understand and adhere to customer service standards.
  4. Ensure accuracy in all front office transactions and records.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of lobby and guest areas.
  6. Manage daily check-ins and check-outs.
  7. Monitor and manage inventory of front office supplies.
  8. Monitor and update reservations and availability.
  9. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to front office operations.
  10. Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
