As a Front Office Supervisor at Hyatt, you will be the face of our hotel to our guests and be responsible for driving customer loyalty and satisfaction. We are looking for a dynamic, customer-service oriented individual with a passion for hospitality and the ability to develop and motivate a team.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment. You must possess excellent communication skills, have a strong sense of customer service, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. You should be a team player with a positive attitude, have the ability to multi-task, and have the ability to work with a diverse group of people. A valid driver's license is also a must.
